OUR STORY
As kids, our annual trip to the picturesque southern California shore was always a highlight of the year. Every visit, without fail, we would indulge in the timeless combination of Chocolate Dipped Ice Cream Bars and Frozen Bananas. The mere thought of it still conjures up memories of warm summer days and endless laughter.
As time went on, we wanted to share the joy and deliciousness of these treats with our friends and neighbors back in our home state of Idaho. It became our shared dream to bring this mouthwatering experience closer to our own community, and so began our journey to make it a reality.
In our desire to recreate the magic, we set out on a quest to find the perfect ice cream truck, the most decadent chocolate, and the creamiest ice cream Idaho had to offer.
With each step we were getting closer to fulfilling our dream.
Finally, after countless trials, meticulous planning, and an unwavering commitment to excellence, we unveiled our very own Idaho-inspired twist on our childhood treat and we opened our <caravan> doors!
And so, as the sun sets over our vintage Ice Cream Caravan, we continue to share the love, one Chocolate Dipped Ice Cream Bar and Frozen Banana at a time.
OUR PROCESS
Our process is simple: we start by hand-dipping each ice cream bar or frozen banana in rich gourmet chocolate. From there, the choice is yours. You can choose from one of our Signature Stix or Build Your Own with anything from sprinkles to nuts to caramel drizzle. It's all up to you!
CATERING
Do you have a wedding, birthday party, office function, or maybe you just feel like having a portable dipping station pull up to your house on a Saturday afternoon? We would love to come to your event and cater to you! We cater small events (with our mobile dipping station), and Large Parties where we bring the the DipStix Truck to you.
