OUR STORY
Every summer, our family made the trip to the Southern California coast—and every time, without fail, we had to get a chocolate-dipped ice cream bar or frozen banana. It was a simple treat, but somehow it tasted like vacation, sunshine, and carefree days all rolled into one.
Years later, we wanted to bring that same magic a little closer to home. So we set out to recreate the experience right here in Idaho, but with our own twist. We searched for the creamiest ice cream, the richest chocolate, and, of course, the perfect setup to make it all happen.
After a lot of dreaming, planning, and taste-testing (someone had to do it!), DipStix was born.
These days, you’ll find us serving up hand-dipped frozen bananas and ice cream bars from our vintage caravan in Ammon—or popping up at events all over East Idaho with our portable dipping tables. Whether it’s a sunny afternoon stop or a special occasion, we’re here to bring a little sweetness and a lot of fun.
OUR PROCESS
Our process is simple: we start by hand-dipping each ice cream bar or frozen banana in rich gourmet chocolate. From there, the choice is yours. You can choose from one of our Signature Stix or Build Your Own with anything from sprinkles to nuts to caramel drizzle. It's all up to you!
CATERING
Do you have a wedding, birthday party, office function, or maybe you just feel like having a portable dipping station pull up to your house on a Saturday afternoon? We would love to come to your event and cater to you! We cater small events (with our mobile dipping station), and Large Parties where we bring the the DipStix Truck to you.
